Shipping policy
Every stdout-fit item is printed to order, so there are two stages to your delivery: production (we print it) and shipping (it travels to you). Here's what to expect.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We'd love to go wider — if you're outside the US and want one of these, email us (see below) and we'll let you know when we open up your region.
Production time
- Pre-made designs: typically 2–5 business days to print and prepare for shipment.
- Custom-text orders: add about 1–2 business days. Every custom line is reviewed by a human and rendered individually before it goes to print — that small extra step is what keeps the typography right and the content moderated.
Production time is separate from shipping time below.
Shipping time (after production)
- United States: typically 3–7 business days.
These are estimates from our print and fulfillment partner, not guarantees. Carrier delays happen and are outside our control.
Tracking
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves the facility. Tracking can take a day or so to show movement.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order. Any current promotions (like free shipping thresholds) will show in your cart.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an address error, see our Refund Policy for reshipment options.
Outside the US?
We're not shipping internationally yet, but we're tracking demand. Email support@stdout-fit.com with your country and we'll add you to the list — if enough people in your region want in, you'll bump it up the queue.
