Refund policy
Every stdout-fit item is printed to order, so we handle this a little differently than a stocked store.
If it's defective, damaged, or wrong — we'll fix it. If your item arrives with a misprint, damage, a manufacturing flaw, or it's not what you ordered, email support@stdout-fit.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll replace it or, if a replacement isn't possible, refund it — at no cost to you.
Change of mind / wrong size ordered. Because items are made to order, we can't accept returns or give refunds for change of mind or for ordering the wrong size or color. Please check the size guide on the product page before buying — the premium tees run true-to-fit and slightly fitted, so size up for a relaxed fit.
Custom orders are final. Custom-text products are printed specifically for you and are non-refundable and non-returnable. The only exception is the same as above: defective, damaged, or misprinted through our error. Please proofread your line before checkout.
Wrong address. If a package is returned because of an address you entered incorrectly, we can reship it once you cover the reshipment cost.
How refunds are issued. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank may take a few business days to post the credit.
